挑拣切分:主要取出不可食用的部分,并将原料初步切分出料。单层或者双层结构,采用食品级别的工作台面,人工挑拣切分后将处理后物料通过输送带输送到下一道工序,废料通过拆卸的废料斗排出。配套生产线使用,工位数可根据不同需求定制,生产效率明显提高。

清洗:卧式混合螺旋水流清洗物料,物料分散均匀,螺旋水流分离物料与杂质,较重杂质集中沉积锥形槽体底部,轻质杂质通过槽体过滤装置排出。物料随水流出料,不伤及物料,后端采用震动输送,上段配清水二次喷淋,提高清洗效果。 清洗采用多级清洗,一次清洗可选配臭氧发生装置,杀灭细菌,分解农药残留;二次清洗可选配冰水机组,降低物料温度,减缓物料呼吸轻度,延长存储时间。

保鲜:保鲜是净菜加工中重要的环节。保鲜除在清洗中的冰水机组降低温度外,采用变频离心脱水脱去物料表面水分,通过变频控制脱水时间和脱水速度,达到不同蔬菜的脱水需求。脱水完成后,采用气调包装完成的包装工序,以惰性气体置换包装袋中的空气,起到减缓物料呼吸的作用,延长存储时间。
Fresh keeping: fresh keeping is an important link in clean vegetable processing. In addition to reducing the temperature of the ice water unit in cleaning, frequency conversion centrifugal dehydration is used to remove the surface moisture of materials, and the dehydration time and dehydration speed are controlled by frequency conversion to meet the dehydration needs of different vegetables. After dehydration, modified atmosphere packaging is used to complete the final packaging process, and inert gas is used to replace the air in the packaging bag to slow down the breathing of materials and prolong the storage time.
