厨房设备自动灭火装置的灭火原理

①厨房灶台油锅燃烧后,火焰发出的巨大热量使感温易熔金属拉索释放器脱离开来;

②感温探测系统将厨房灭火系统的释放装置打开,向灭火剂贮存容器加压,并同时动作所有辅助启动或电动的切断装置、及报警联动装置;

③液体灭火剂通过喷嘴,喷洒在成都厨房设备表面以及排烟罩、滤油网和排烟管道内部,这种专用灭火剂能够迅速扑灭油锅内的火焰,并形成压制油料蒸汽燃烧的覆盖层,防止油料复燃;
③ Liquid fire extinguishing agent is sprayed on the surface of Chengdu kitchen equipment and inside the smoke exhaust hood, oil filter and smoke exhaust pipe through the nozzle. This special fire extinguishing agent can quickly extinguish the flame in the oil pan and form a covering layer to suppress the combustion of oil vapor to prevent the re combustion of oil;
④当系统药剂喷完大约3-5秒后,系统上的阀门自动将喷水阀打开,水流通过灭火药剂管道和喷嘴喷洒,迅速冷却和冲刷油料及灶台设备表面。
